My lip reading was decent, and my father hated his aids, and I didn’t want to go through that hassle. But in choosing Palm Coast Hearing, they answered all my concerns. I felt completely relaxed in the pleasant office, and thoroughly felt supported and encouraged throughout the process, from testing to the eventual being fitted with new hearing aids. So many sizes and styles. Technology with hearing aids changed dramatically from my father’s time! The office staff was very professional and Dr. Indira Alvarez respected my thoughts and opinions as she explained what was going on with my hearing and what type of aid would be best for me. Pamphlets, and information given were easy to follow and understand. We’ve had several scheduled after visits since to check things out. If there were any problems during or after, they would always be there to assist me in any situation. I highly recommend these lovely people to care of your hearing loss even if you’re 81! But don’t wait too long if you’re young, either.”
